Something responsible for who I am today,
the one that has shaped me and continues to.
Making me seemingly stronger outside,
yet also making me weaker deep inside.
A part of me that I can't revise,
not to mention I can never return to.
A part that will forever make me change,
something that will leave a permanent mark.
Never will it ever leave me,
forever long it will haunt me.
Memories keep on coming back,
reminiscing me of those times.
Experiences that have taught me so much,
yet they have created such a deep cut into me.
The past that was hard and somehow harsh
a long and lasting impression it etched in me.

Irony of Life
Doing something you like so much,
or being with someone who is most dear to you,
wishing time would pass slowly,
yet it moves faster than it normally does.
Been waiting all your life for that flight,
but an emergency occurs,
exactly at the moment you are to board the plane,
making you turn your back on the flight.
Having misfortunes on your love affairs,
always unsuccessful at every attempt,
yet you're the one being asked by people,
on how to handle theirs to be fine.
These circumstances seem to tease you,
as they happen at such a time as that,
rendering us motionless for a bit,
that is Irony of Life that is.

Timeless Year
Time has flown so fast,
barely noticing how long has gone.
We have known each other for some time,
A year has it been since then.
Life has been throwing everything at us,
yet we persevered and lasted 'til now and forever.
Full of trials and challenges it is,
yet our love is so strong that we made it through.
Trust has been some kind of an issue,
never thought it would be severed.
But our love is so strong,
we were able to rebuild it.
Words are not and will never be enough,
in describing how much you meant to me,
and how much you have affected my life.
The warmest gratitude I give to you.
