Without a care in the world,
I drive at ridiculously high speeds,
hoping to be in an accident,
which might take me in a snap.
Without a care in the world,
I speed by intersections,
not caring I'd get hit by vehicles,
as all I want is to be gone.
Without a care in the world,
I go speeding on a wet pavement,
hoping I'd slide to my doom,
and be freed from this world.
Without a care in the world,
I hastily squeeze in tight spaces,
hoping for the worst scenario,
wanting to be sleeping forever.

Cliff's Edge
I'm sitting on the cliff's edge,
the sun is ready to say goodbye.
How long would it be then,
until the darkness takes over?
I'm sitting on the cliff's edge,
thoughts are racing in my mind.
A very familiar feeling tingles,
worthlessness comes walking in.
I'm sitting on the cliff's edge,
the dark bottom beckons me to go.
What awaits at the bottom I wonder,
nothingness greeted me when I lept.
I'm sitting on the cliff's edge,
or so I did moments previously.
As I now lay mangled and motionless,
at the bottom of that cliff that I sat on.
