You're Always There

You have always been there for me,
during those times that I am down,
when I am at my most vulnerable,
You accompanied me and lifted me up.

You have always been there for me,
when troubles come and approach me,
seeming like it is the end of the road,
You were there to rescue me.

You have always been there for me,
even when there was a point in time,
that I refused to believe in You,
You stood by my side all the time.

You have always been there for me,
never have You left me alone,
not even a single moment of my life,
You are watching over me always.

Turn Back Time

Can I just turn back time?
Turn it back to a specific point.
Go back to that wondrous moment.
Return to which I can't go back to right now.

Can I just turn back time?
Set the flow of time backwards.
Revert things as to how they were.
Revisit those of what is now past.

Can I just turn back time?
Make the clock tick in reverse.
Knock it off its normal course.
Rekindle the memories of old.

Can I just turn back time?
Reverse the flow of sand in the hourglass.
Make it go back up grain by grain.
Relive those priceless and precious instances.
